 How come that Groovy++ overperform Java?

おいらは Groovy が出た頃に、静的な性格を持ちつつシンタクティック・シュガーのみを享受できればいいなぁと思っていたのですが、上記のページにある Groovy++ ってまさにそれなのか？

サポートのこととか考えるとプロダクションではまだ使えない気がするけど、動向をウォッチするのはいいかもしれない。
